30 Day Detox Tips – Preparing For Your 30 Day Detox

The 30 day detox lasts for 30 days. During this time you will follow a day-by-day detox program that will finish in the new you. It will not be easy but it will be a wonderful experience. You should choose a time when you can enjoy the program to its full.

January and February are good. The recovery period after Christmas is a great time for taking stock, cleansing through your body, making life decisions and saving money!

Depending on when Easter falls, February, March or April are good candidates, there are plenty of fruits and vegetables around and spring is a season of new beginnings and fresh starts. Just avoid the Easter break if you know that chocolate will be too much of a temptation.

If you are planning a holiday to a retreat or health farm then that is a great time to commence the 30 day detox program. But if your vacation is two weeks with 15 friends in Ibiza it might be best to watt until after the holiday.

If your social diary is full then wait until you have a space of at least two weeks. This will give you a chance to get used to the new 30 day detox plan and go through any initial changes without having to constantly turn down offers of sandwiches, alcohol or coffee mornings that may prove too tempting.

Think about all these factors and consult your diary. Find the best time to start your 30 day detox program and if it is not in the next few days then that’s OK. It’s often the case that the thing most waited for, is the thing best received.
