Detox Diets and Why We Need Them

Do you feel lethargic, heavy and generally under the weather? Do your skin and hair look dull and lifeless? And have your energy levels reached rock bottom? If you are feeling all of these things, you will definitely benefit from a detox diet.

Toxicity has got a habit of creeping up on you. Symptoms like achy joints, vague pains, tiredness, weight gain and headaches are easy to ignore most of the time.
